We ship anywhere in Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan, and we cannot make an exception — an order with an address outside Pakistan is cancelled and refunded.

How long it takes
Two stages: we make it, then the courier moves it. Add the two together for the time from placing your order to it arriving.

One figure for the whole country, not a different promise per city. Remote areas can run a day or two longer — if yours will, we tell you when we confirm your order rather than letting you find out from the tracking.

Cash on delivery
COD is our main payment method, and it is selected by default.
- We confirm every COD order before dispatch. Someone will message or call you on the number you gave. If we cannot reach you the order waits — it is not cancelled.
- Your confirmation message tells you the exact amount to have ready. Couriers do not carry change.
- Please give a number you actually answer. An unanswered number is the most common reason an order sits still.
Ordering for someone else, or to an office? Put their number in the phone field, not yours. That is the number the courier rings.
Tracking
We send a tracking number by message once the parcel leaves us. You can also check the status yourself on the track order page using your order number and phone number — no account needed.
Something wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged, or has not moved for several days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Damage claims go through the returns page so we get the photographs we need.
