What we collect, and why

Artwork you upload
Custom artwork is your property. We treat it that way:
- It is stored outside the public part of this website. There is no web address that will show it, guessable or otherwise.
- Only staff processing your order can open it.
- We use it to produce your order and nothing else. We do not add it to our catalogue, show it as an example, or post it.
- We delete it automatically 12 months after your order. If you reorder after that, you will need to upload it again.
- Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, once your order has shipped.
Who else sees your details
Only those who have to:
- The courier — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
- Payment providers, when you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. We never see or store your full payment credentials.
- Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its database.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
Cookies
The cookies this site sets keep your cart and session working, and measure traffic. Blocking cookies will break the cart — nothing else here depends on them.
If you arrive from a link on Instagram or TikTok, that link may carry a tag telling us which post you came from. It identifies the post, not you.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details, subject to records we must keep for tax.
- Order as a guest. An account is optional and always has been.

Security
This site runs over HTTPS. Uploaded artwork is stored outside the web root, uploads are validated by content rather than by file name, and access is authenticated. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your details, we will tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one that was live when you ordered.
